Judith Corella Elizondo

A licensed attorney and Master of Constitutional Law with a specialization in Labor and Fundamental Rights from the University of Castilla La Mancha, Spain.

With over 20 years of experience in Costa Rica, she specializes in issuing labor law opinions in the public and private sectors, as well as advising national and international companies on Constitutional and Corporate Labor Law matters.

She is currently an independent consultant at NCC Parajeles law firm.

She has developed legal projects and consultancies for the public sector in: Internal Audit of the Caja, Legal Directorate of ICAFE, Banco de Costa Rica, BN Valores Brokerage Firm of Banco Nacional, National Teachers’ Pension Board, Agricultural Credit Bank of Cartago, Banking System for Development, Costa Rican Institute of Electricity (ICE), Multi-Service Corporation of the National Teaching Profession, Social Protection Board, Radiográfica Costarricense, and the National Institute of Cooperative Development.

She has also been a university professor in Labor Law at Universidad Latina and INCAE Business School.

She has extensive experience in topics such as: Labor Regulation Reforms in Banking Institutions, transitions to Single Salary Regimes, restructuring and generating autonomous regulations and Labor Policy manuals, Union Negotiations and Collective Agreements, Performance Evaluation and Management Systems, Salary Scales, Job Manuals, and Recruitment and Personnel Selection Processes.
