- Attorney with over 15 years of experience providing legal counsel in the real estate and commercial sector, with a comprehensive approach to structuring residential, commercial, and tourism projects in Costa Rica. His practice combines expertise in notarial and registry law with a strong background in corporate, commercial, and labor law, allowing him to offer full legal support to developers, investors, and both national and international companies.
- He has led numerous real estate due diligence processes, property acquisitions and sales, and the drafting and negotiation of purchase options, sale agreements, escrow trusts, and construction contracts. To date, he has led real estate transactions totaling over $100 million. He also advises his clients on raising capital for real estate development and construction processes.
