Juan Pablo is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association and authorized by the National Directorate of Notaries to practice as a Public Notary.
He served as a Judge of the Republic from the time he joined until 2007. As a judge, he handled issues in Civil, Administrative, Labor, and Family Law. He is currently an Alternate Judge of the Superior Family Court of San José.
He has been part of well-known law firms, always performing as a talented Litigation Lawyer and Business Consultant. In one of the firms he was a member of, he was in charge of directing the Litigation Department.
Currently, in private practice, he specializes in litigation in civil, commercial, labor, and administrative law.
He pursued postgraduate studies in Business Administration at the renowned INCAE University, based in Nicaragua. Currently, as a member of our firm NCC Parajeles, he plays a prominent role in the litigation and corporate law team.
