Kattia Araya started as a group assistant at the National Public Registry and later advanced to the position of registrar, a goal she achieved before becoming a lawyer. After joining the Bar Association, she decided to take a different path and moved to the private sector to provide notarial advice to various national vehicle agencies.
After several years of providing in-house advice to private companies, she decided to take a new direction in her professional career and joined the firm Quesada Monge & Asociados in 2000.
Finally, she joined NCC Parajeles in 2017, where she handles various areas such as corporate law and data protection advice in collaboration with Mr. Carlos Quesada A.
She has been a member of the Bar Association since 2003. In her 20 years of professional practice, she is a modern and versatile lawyer, always seeking to acquire new academic knowledge to apply in her professional practice.
