- Mr. Raúl Babbar has over 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business founder, and CEO (Otec Viajes, REINSA, Immigration Experts, Reciclub). He has served on boards of directors and been a national and international advisor (Organix S.A., Bioagricultura de Costa Rica, Hotel La Sirena, UNDP-WTO Guatemala) in areas such as tourism, technology, recycling, immigration, trade, real estate, investments, and business processes.
- This extensive experience in administrative, financial, business, and legal matters is complemented by over ten years of practice as a Lawyer and Notary Public, giving him a strong background in Administrative, Commercial, Corporate, and Contract Law. He is skilled in identifying new financial opportunities, maximizing profits, and solving day-to-day problems. Other activities and work areas include drafting private contracts, dispute resolution, mediation, and litigation on a national and international level.
